Ofogh Koorosh chain stores, aiming to provide the welfare of Iranian families and developing the Iranian products’ market, has become operational since 2009. Ofogh Koorosh chain stores have been established with the purpose of completing GIG’s value chain and to provide FMCG products through retail. In 2013, the business model of Ofogh Koorosh chain stores was revised and its management was redesigned based on discount store systems. The basis of discount stores’ function is maximum reduction of costs via elimination of unnecessary costs such as advertising, merchandising, elimination of luxury products, elimination of intermediaries and therefore keeping the prices low, permanently.

Kourosh Mall
Kourosh complex with an area of over 100,000 square meters and with facilities such as 14 screens with more than 2800 seats, 600 commercial units, an indoor entertainment center, hypermarket, food court, several restaurants and cafes, 1600 parking spaces has been founded in September 2013 and has started its activities since then. The most basic principles of the design of this project can be cited in the following cases: Compliance with modern architecture with a minimal concept and avoiding the use of elements and materials contradicting this approach. Harmonic design while developing rational diversity, paying close attention to the importance of creating attractive perspectives. Inspiring the sense of motion, liveliness and vivacity with the use of fascinating perspectives and applying desired color and light, observing the ideal ratios and defining the appropriate surface and volume dimensions in a modern geometric concept, attempting to preserve the dignity of all functional spaces in such a way that none of the stories and secondary corridors wouldn’t be considered as a second-class space. Designing the vast central void complying with the ideal longitudinal and latitudinal proportions in a 9-storey building, which emphasizes on the human motion in space as a big screen, depicts the dynamic activities of this complex and augments its magnitude. In terms of designing the façade, lot of effort has been put into aligning the general volume and form with the mission of Kourosh mall as a Cineplex, commercial and entertainment complex in a modern form and a minimal concept. All four facades of this building have the expected architectural identity and characteristics and are in perfect harmony with each other, and this idea is being accentuated by the intelligent lighting so that it augments its beauty and magnificence in the dark.
Salamat Pakhsh Hasti Co.
Salamat Pakhsh Hasti Co. was established in 2010 with the purpose of fast, reliable, secure and comprehensive distribution of pharmaceutical and cellulose products, using Golrang Industrial Group’s knowledge and facilities.

Kourosh Cineplex is the biggest Cineplex in Iran with 14 screens and a capacity of 2800 individuals, which is located on the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floor of Kourosh commercial, cultural and entertainment complex. Applying the most modern digital and analog audio and video equipment and the most advanced theater lighting technologies is one of the unique features of this Cineplex. Kourosh Cineplex has contributed significantly to the development of national cinema and attracting Iranian audiences.
Setareh Talaei Sina
Setareh Talaei Sina is a commercial and service company with a distribution license engaged in franchising activities. The company’s stores render services under the name of Surena. We present our services through 1464 active stores, and it is predicted that this number will reach 2300 by March 20, 2021. Our main objective is to increase sales and the stores’ profits accordingly to different methods and increase profit of the company. We are one of the largest providers securing special scores almost in all of the main product groups, and besides the rendering of special services, the company furnishes the Surena nationwide stores with necessary instructions.

Modern Famili Co., the founder of Hyper Famili chain stores, which are subsidiaries of Golrang Industrial group, has been established in 2018 aiming to provide FMCG products. Modern Famili Co. is trying to perform beyond competitors by encompassing elite workforce and a remarkable and unique consolidation of science and experience and intends to contribute to the further development of national talents by creating new job opportunities. The first retail store of Hyper Famili chain stores became operation in December of 2017. One of the largest branches of Hyper Famili chain stores is located in Mashhad in Padideh Shandiz Tourism Center, and is considered as the largest hypermarket across Iran. The sales mission of Hyper Famili chain stores is to offer the best products with the lowest prices, along with creating new experiences and to offer exclusive services towards the welfare and entertainment of Iranian families while shopping.
